Christmas 2014 @ Rasniers 24/12/2014

Christmas Eve night was spent with Joshua’s Parents House with lots of yummy food and it was different this year because there was no rice! Hardly any Filipino dishes ,which was weird! This year we had beautiful glazed ham and rice paper spring rolls by Aunt Sam, Prawns and Oysters by Grandma/Lola Flo, yummy Lamb Roast with potatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin by yours truely and we also had a lovely delicious chocolate mousse cake by Aunty Reeva. All the food was delicious and I think we all ate a little too much.

We decided to play card games

after eating and eventually opened presents, we got for each other. Nicholas really loved his toys that he recieved from Uncle Steve, Aunty Sam, Aunty Reeva and Uncle Eric. He got an awesome train set and cool remote control race car. When Aunty Sam and Uncle Steve set up the train set, he was screaming with excitement and joy but when it was time to leave to go home, Nicholas was crying so much and it took us forever to leave but we eventually got home. Thanks guys for the presents again. Josh loved his presents with his new Razor NZXT H440 and Corsair K95 RGB Cherry-Brown Keyboard and I got few goodies from everyone such as a new Oroton bag, book from my favourite author James Patterson, make up from Sephora and two Guess wallets plus cash. Originally I didn’t really want anything, I prefered Nicholas and Joshua getting whatever they wanted and hope they were happy with everything. I am no fussed on presents really as I feel there is more to it then just presents. I just love spending time with family and bonding with them, especially when we all live such busy lives and my family are all living pretty local.
